2016 ACA IRS Reporting Information
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont, in conjunction with VEHI, will meet the 2016 year individual mandate reporting requirement for ALL VEHI school district members through the filing of IRS Form 1095B.
School districts with more than 50 full-time employees are required to complete IRS Form 1095C sections 1 and 2 to meet their 2016 reporting obligations as large employers. This information must be submitted to the IRS and provided to employees in early 2017. This requirement is in addition to the above component that BCBSVT will complete.
